Guest Policy

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra bed. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
  • Requirement of an extra bed will be treated as a third occupancy.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Booking Policy & Payments

1)

a) Please deposit minimum 50% of total amount within 3 days from the date of booking for confirmation and the balance amount has to be made in advance before the date of check in.

b) Room allotment will be decided by the management. For any special requirements kindly inform us on prior notice.

2) Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization:

a) Demand Draft: In favour of DELIGHT HOTELS PVT.LTD. Payable at Kolkata.

b) Cheque: Issue in the name of DELIGHT HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED.

After depositing the payment, please email us the Deposit Slip with the booking detail (Booking File No) which is given by us

Refund:

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

** We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

Change is the only constant in this world. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to help. However, rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability and seasonal rates. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes may apply (if any).

Cancellation Policy:

1) Booking cancelled 3 days prior to arrival will carry 100% retention charge of total bill value.
2) Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 50% retention charge of total bill value.
3) Booking cancelled prior the above time frame would result in 10% retention of total bill value.
4) No-show will carry a 100% retention charge of total bill value.
